Ensure you have Admin privileges within your Toggl account.
If you’ve been directed to StackOne to integrate with Toggl, the following steps will help you understand the process and any necessary actions to configure successful integration. This guidance assumes that you are an Organization Admin within Toggl.

Get your Toggl API Token

Open Profile Settings

After logging in to Toggl Track, click your profile icon on the left, then Profile Settings.

Generate API Token

In your Profile, scroll down to API Token. If one has not yet been created, click the button on the right to generate one. Click and copy your displayed API Token and store it safely.

Get your Toggl Organization ID

View Organization Members

Click Manage > Members on the left to view Organization Members.

Copy Organization ID

Your Organization ID can be found in the URL on this page. Given the URL format: https://track.toggl.com/organization/organization-id/team Copy the organization-id.

Connecting to StackOne

Enter API Token and Organization ID

Upon reaching the Link Account page, enter the API Token and Organization ID from the previous steps.

Proceed by clicking the Connect button.
